FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Finance Department

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial forecasts and performance reports.
Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and provide actionable insights.
Support scenario analysis, strategic planning, and management reporting.
Conduct investment feasibility studies and evaluate strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to refine financial assumptions and KPIs.

Requirements

Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (preferably BS Accountancy or Financial Management).
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and financial systems (SAP or similar is an advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
